Frankfurter Kranz / Frankfurt Crown Cake small

This phantastic cake was founded for crowning ceremonies for previous german kings at frankfurt in the older times.

Now the cake is a sponge cake, rich in flavour.

Filled with buttercream and strawberry or cherry jam.

Covered with a lot of buttercream and caramel covered brittle nuts.

Simple outstanding delicious!
