Our organic Spelt bread “Wilde Kruste” comes with long fermentation (36 hours) and with a Bruehstueck as a starter. The spelt flour has more minerals, vitamins and more protein than wheat and less gluten. The flour is considered a healthy, nutritious alternative to regular wheat flour.
Our bread is firmly baked and has a very crunchy crust and a soft and mild crumb, less fibre a stays longer fresh.
