Typical north bavarian bread from the Franken / Franconia region, made out of organic wheat and organic rye flour with our own organic rye sourdough. additional we have finely ground organic spices like caraway, coriander, fennel and ginger to make a unique bread flavour and taste

Our bread is firmly baked and has a crunchy crust and a soft and mild crumb, and stays longer fresh.
