For our organic seed bread, we have looked at many seeds like sesame, flax seed, sunflower seeds, and more healthy seeds, carefully roasted and incorporated in our long-fermented organic sourdough bread and carefully baked for a nice crunchy bread with a soft crumb and the delicate flavours of our seeds. A slightly hearty bread, perfect for a “Brotzeit” with toppings like chees or ham.
