We toast the organic barley to deliver more aroma and flavours. We also put some raisins inside to add even more taste.

Based on rye sourdough, here we used three types of flour: spelt (as base), wheat and rye.
And lots of seeds – sunflower, sesame, pumpkin and flaxseed.
