Our organic whole grain bread is enriched with sunflower seeds and oat flakes and long fermentation (48 hours) and three different starters (Bruehstueck, Quellstueck and fermented pre-dough). Powerful wholegrain bread with more minerals, vitamins and more protein than wheat and less gluten. The flour is considered a healthy, nutritious alternative to regular wheat flour.
Our bread is firmly baked and has a crunchy crust and a soft and mild crumb, full of fibre and stays longer fresh.
